Bear Hug

  • When you and your opponent are in neutral position you want to lock your arms around your opponents chest and when you do lock around him you want to make sure you lock around one of his arms too. But if you can it is ideal that when you lock around your opponents chest you lock both of his arms so he cant fight back
  • Also I know its alittle weird but you need to also get your hips tight with his
  • To take your opponent down you can do a hip toss by first lowering your hips so there below your opponents hips
  • But still stay tight with your opponent, leave no air between eachothers chests. This is so that when you rotate your hips to throw him he will be in front of you and land on his back
  • Then step your right foot in front of your opponents right foot
  • Now rotate your hips to either direction then turn. All the power in the throw comes from your hips
  • If you dont want to throw your opponent then try to trip him backward by stepping around his legs so he can't step back and will fall.

   Wrestling Tips

  • Make sure your lock is really tight so your opponent will have no wiggle room to try and get out.
  • If your going to trip your opponent you better have complete control because if you lose control then you may be the one who falls on your back
