  • This move is for when you are down on all fours and want to escape from under your opponent
  • Post up on both your hands and feet, instead of being on your knees
  • Then cross your left leg under your right leg
  • After that cross your left arm around your waist
  • Tuck your head in also looking to the right, and trying to touch your chin to your chest
  • Now push off your right foot and roll over your left shoulder
  • Hopefully from doing this your opponent will not be able to control you or hold on and you will escape

Wrestling Tips

  • Whats important about this move is you have to work quickly. You want to complete this move in the shortest time possible so your opponent doesn't know whats coming. Because if he notices what move you are attempting to do then he may know how to defend against this move and take you to your back
  • Also this is a little more advanced so I wouldn't attempt this in a match unless you have done this move extensively in practice and know how to do it efficiently
