Knee Pick

  • Just like with an ankle pick if your lead foot is your right foot then you want to place your left hand on the back of your opponents neck. Then have your right hand on your opponents left arm
  • But unlike the ankle pick you don't need to circle around the mat- for this move you can push your opponent backwards so he steps back with his left foot
  • After you push him back you want to stop pushing and allow your opponent to step back towards you with his left foot
  • When he does go and is stepping towards you with his left foot, while his foot is still in the air you want to push your opponents head toward his left leg
  • At the same time step towards your opponents left leg with your lead foot and with your left hand you want to grab your opponents left knee
  • From this point you can stand so you can lift his leg up high but keep his head close to his left knee
  • To make your opponent fall to the mat just keep pushing into him while holding his head to his left leg and holding his knee till he stumbles and falls

Wrestling Tips

  • Make sure that when you go to push your opponents head towards his left leg you need to make sure that you push his head down hard enough so that his head actually goes to his left leg. If you don't whip your opponents head down hard enough then obviously you wont even phase your opponent and you wont be able to do this move
  • When you do go to grab your opponents knee, you can drop down on your knee with your lead leg so you can get low enough to get a grip on your opponents leg. Then once you do get a grip on your opponents leg you can just stand back up
  • Be aggressive when you have your opponents left leg in the air so that he will lose his balance
