Shoulder Throw

  • First off grab your opponents right arm with your left hand
  • Then with your right arm you want to get an underhook on his left arm
  • Next with your right leg you want to step so your right leg is over your opponents right leg
  • Then turn your hips so you and your opponent will almost be facing the same direction
  • Remember you also want to lower your hips so they are below your opponents
  • Lastly all you have to do is straighten your legs and pull down on his right arm and throw him over you
  • When you throw him to the mat stay with him so that you will end up on top and he should be on his back and now you can hold him down to get some back points and maybe a pin

Wrestling Tips

  • You have to make sure that your underhook is tight. If it isn't then your opponent can slide out
  • Always remember to get your hips low, so then you will be able to lift your opponent off the ground when the time is right
  • All of the power from this move comes from the hips. Not your arms or your back so make sure you mainly use your hips during this move. This is what gets your opponent off the mat and thrown to the ground
