Constantly having to go to brutal practices, if cutting weight then your deprived of food and water, you have to go to tournaments were your there for HOURS and maybe get to wrestle for a total of 30 minutes, and then you have nerve-racking duels in front of your classmates. So to compete in this sport you have to be very tough mentally. Especially when the season is dragging on slowly.
